Due to Federal regulations, we cannot offer public tours of the caves and cheesemaking facility, however, we would love to have you stop into our retail cheese shop "The Cheese Cave" at 318 Central Ave N in historic downtown Faribault, MN. Samples of all of our cheeses are available there.
